Janine Roth and Kim Alessi believe female athletes can compete with elegance and style. Both women have channeled the drive they developed over a lifetime of competition into Alero Sport.
Janine and Kim are both avid tennis players and golfers. They noticed a lack of options for men's and women's belts for both on and off the course and went to work creating Alero Sport. By adding an unexpected pop of color, or an interesting texture to each design, Alero Sport has created something unique.

About Janine Roth and Kim Alessi
Janine Roth is a former Division 1 basketball player who continues to compete at a high level of competition in tennis, golf and running. She graduated from American University, has 3 grown children: Alex, Gabrielle and Samantha and currently lives in Monmouth County, NJ with her husband Eric.
Kim Alessi is also a high caliber athlete still competing in both golf and tennis. As a fit model in NYC, she drew inspiration in many belt designs. She lives in Bluffton, SC with her husband Tom and two pugs.
