Iam a CIA graduate from 1988. I have worked in the foods industry for over 30 years. A few years ago I hiked the Appalachian Trail. This provided solitude that helped me appreciate the value of simplifying life. This understanding came down to, “Do one thing well.” That insight was incorporated into my next business — Brittle & Beyond. I decided to focus on only one item and take it to a high level of excellence. I use only all-natural, plant-based ingredients, and add a creative touch.
