East Third Collective (ETC) is a women-owned shop and gift consulting business focused on goods that are doing good.
At the core of our business, we believe meaningful gifting matters. In our online shop, we stock our site with products that have great stories. We source our products from small-, women-, and BIPOC-owned businesses as well as companies that are sustainable, B Corp certified or 1% for People+Planet members. To us, gifts that are mindfully chosen and meaningfully made make the best gifts.
The gift consulting side of our business adheres to the same ethos. We help our clients create personal, meaningful and, in turn, more effective gifts. As we work to understand the scope of the project, its tone, and objectives, we are able to source products, especially for each client.
Our number one goal in both businesses is to give our clients the ideas—and great products—to send their best gifts. A meaningful gift chosen by you and packaged and sent beautifully by us. That’s ETC.

Since meeting in college, the idea of working together and creating something meaningful has always been a dream. It took the search for the perfect host gift to get us started. We started talking about sending gifts and how it was such a cumbersome task. We began asking questions. How can we make gifting fun and easy? How can we support small businesses? How can we create a small-shop experience in an online world?
Our goal is to simplify the gifting experience in a meaningful + beautiful way.
