About Sara Shah
Journ was born through my journey with cystic acne and my frustration of layering multiple skincare and cosmetic products to conceal my acne and help improve it over time. My tedious routine resulted in a look that was cakey and far from natural. To solve this, I wanted to create something that would simplify my routine by combining skincare and cosmetics to minimize the layers of products and help me, a woman of color, look natural by focusing on the underlying skin concerns prevalent for PoC.
