About Juliette Nelson
Dr. Juliette Nelson is a trans-disciplinary industrial & organizational psychologist, entrepreneur, and published researcher/author who is passionate about empowering people to achieve the highest standards of their purpose. She founded NURILENS out of her desire to express herself through her love for fashionable eyewear and a need for affordable vision solutions. As an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, today, she works with a transdisciplinary team to take on evidence-based approaches to address eye health disparities in marginalized communities and increase awareness of eye health. Reflecting on her journey to celebrate her identity and history and live out her purpose, NURILENS is a means by which she encourages others to do the same.
