The journey to bring Océanne to life started 10 years ago in the spare bedroom of owner, Anne Harrill's, house. Feeling isolated after leaving her home of France, Anne began making jewelry as a creative outlet. Soon after, she started selling at local craft shows and flea markets in an attempt to bond with the Cleveland, OH creative community.
