About Tara Fankhanel & Kailey Konow
Bringing almost 20 years of individual experience in the Beauty industry, we are a self-proclaimed “dynamic duo”, who have been working together for over a decade. Our professional relationship quickly blossomed into a creative partnership and from there evolved into a meaningful friendship.
Through our individual and collaborative careers we've both developed a strong desire to help startup brands grow, scale, and suceed. We feel the beauty industry has space for everyone and that a founder with a passionate idea has what it takes to bring it to life with the right tools and partners.
Most importantly, we are passionate about supporting brands that are ready to help change the narrative around beauty by creating bold new products, building meaningful communities and celebrating beauty in all its forms.
